Once you agree, submit your ID for verification. Our advocate handles the legal process and prepares the rental agreement for signing.

3. Secure Payment & Keys

Pay the advocate fees and the two-month security deposit to us. Once paid, you'll receive the keys and a PDF of your agreement.

4. Transparent Fee Structure

We ensure the flat owner receives their rent while we retain the first month's rent and a platform fee as our transparent service charge.

1 Exploration & Inquiry Visit website, check rooms/locations, and schedule a visit. ✅ Provide information & facilitate property viewing.
2 Verification Send a clear copy of your ID card and approve the Terms & Conditions. ✅ Receive and process documents securely.
3 Legal Formalities Pay the Advocate's fees and digitally sign the agreement. ✅ Forward details to Advocate & manage agreement signing.
4 Agreement Distribution ✅ Receive and store your PDF copy of the agreement. Send PDF copy to Customer and the original copy to the Flat Owner.
5 Payment & Handover Pay the 2-month security deposit. ✅ Provide a formal bill and hand over the keys.
6 Deal Closure & Fee Settlement Pay the first month's rent (as Broking Charge) + 20% (as Platform Fee). Return one month's rent to the Flat Owner and retain our service fees.
* Service Guarantee If we fail to bring a customer, 50% of the platform fee is returned to the Owner.
